Our building process

The building process is straightforward with Sandsky. Firstly we can assist in selecting your land. Then we help choose the right Sandsky design for your block.

Once you have chosen the design of your new home a soil test and contour survey are done. This is followed by a detailed budget analysis along with relevant paperwork required for council submission.

While council review and approve the commencement of construction we help you to select a colour scheme while finalising the style of inclusions that will achieve your desired result.

During construction our building supervisors ensure that each step is completed according to the Sandsky Quality Checklist. This process is critical in guaranteeing our result and your satisfaction upon completion.

When it is time to take possession of your new home our friendly staff accompany you while each part of the building is carefully checked for your approval. We also take this opportunity to provide you with your comprehensive Warranty as part of the Owners Handover Kit.
